💼 About This Role

You'll join Anchorage Digital's Automation Engineering team to build capabilities into back-office systems, reducing manual work and consolidating disparate systems. You'll collaborate directly with Global Operations to identify pain points and deploy solutions that empower the entire organization. This role offers the chance to work on diverse internal software systems for a regulated crypto platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Navigate diverse existing codebases across various internal systems.
• Author robust, high-quality solutions spanning multiple backend and frontend services.
• Break down large cross-functional projects into manageable tasks.
• Collaborate with Global Operations to understand critical needs and align on solutions.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building complex internal software systems.
• Experience designing, building and deploying cloud native micro-services.
• Real world experience building complex distributed systems.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, operating systems).

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional experience with Python or Go.
• Professional experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with system security (authentication, authorization, API keys).
