Description

You will architect and execute the roadmap to transition the organization into an AI-augmented enterprise. You'll partner with the Chief People Officer to redefine how work is done, focusing on skills-based talent ecosystems and continuous learning. This role drives the 'Human Operating System' evolution to maximize synergy between human intelligence and AI.

Requirements

• 12+ years in HR, Workforce Strategy, or Management Consulting
• Proven track record leading large-scale organizational transformation
• Deep familiarity with AI landscape (GenAI, LLMs, ML) from strategic perspective
• Strategic foresight to anticipate technology's impact on job functions
• Proficiency in people analytics and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Partner with CPO to develop workforce AI transformation vision
• Monitor AI trends and labor market shifts for competitive advantage
• Design and implement skills-based organizational structures
• Redesign HR processes (talent acquisition, learning, performance) for AI-augmented workforce
• Develop policies for ethical and lawful use of Generative AI
