• Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones
• Manage logistics, confirmations, and real-time adjustments
• Maintain accurate data across ATS and recruiting systems
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to support hiring needs

• Proactive and highly organized with attention to detail
• Experience supporting technical hiring
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting systems
