You'll work at the intersection of institutional investment expertise and frontier AI systems, collaborating with leading AI labs. You'll design frameworks that push AI reasoning limits in hedge-fund contexts. This residency offers hands-on exposure to how AI is reshaping hedge-fund workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and iterate realistic prompts for AI-generated insights
• Compare human vs. machine judgment across hedge-fund contexts
• Translate hedge-fund sourcing and thesis building into AI problems
• Build and validate real-world credit cases and portfolio frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years at an established hedge fund as PM or Senior Analyst
• Experience in multi-manager platforms or fundamental long/short equity
• Experience in credit and distressed or event-driven and activist or macro and quantitative

• Strong ability to build and communicate investment theses in writing
• Experience with position sizing and risk management
