You'll manage tool install projects on a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing construction project in Phoenix, AZ. Your core impact will be ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are met while coordinating with clients and trade partners. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform all activities safely and support EHS requirements.
• Manage project team to meet deliverables with safety and quality.
• Review pricing for scope and change orders with stakeholders.
• Monitor financial status and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare project reports and collaborate with engineering and client management.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years working directly with a mechanical contractor as PM or PE.
• 5-10 years large project construction management experience.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling in construction environment.
• Proficiency with PM Web/Primavera/Excel/Word.

✨ Nice to Have

• Semiconductor experience strongly preferred.
• B.S. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
