You'll lead global compensation strategy and programs at MongoDB, partnering with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, Sales, and G&A. Your work will directly shape how we attract and retain top talent at scale in a fast-growing tech company. This role offers the chance to co-lead the compensation function and influence enterprise-wide decisions for a Fortune 100 customer base.

  • Define and evolve global compensation strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Advise senior leaders on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and equity practices.
  • Lead design and evolution of global compensation philosophy and job architecture.
  • Drive complex cross-functional compensation initiatives from concept through implementation.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in compensation, with deep expertise in broad-based, sales incentives, and executive compensation.
  • Proven experience operating internationally with understanding of global market practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Experience in a SaaS or tech environment.
