Description

As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will engage and qualify outbound leads, source new prospects, and book appointments for Account Executives. You'll communicate Remote's value propositions to prospects and identify their needs to determine fit. This role is key to building the sales pipeline and supporting the Account Executive team.

Requirements

  • Proven business development success using core sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus a plus)
  • Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company
  • Exceptional communication skills and positive phone presence
  • Self-starter with a diligent work ethic and strong sense of urgency
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Korean, Japanese, or Bahasa is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Respond, engage and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
  • Source new sales prospects and reach out to book appointments for Account Executives
  • Clearly communicate Remote's value propositions and learn about prospect needs
  • Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts
  • Cold call into prospects generated by various outside sources
