💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and implementation of distributed systems for Socure's identity trust infrastructure. Your core impact will be ensuring scalability, security, and reliability of real-time verification services. You'll mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with Golang development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and develop scalable backend services in distributed systems
• Own non-functional requirements like scalability, performance, and security
• Write unit, integration, and functional tests for high coverage
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance

📋 Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience
• Substantial expertise coding in Golang in product-based companies
• Strong understanding of concurrency, multi-threading, and distributed computing
• Experience building microservices architectures and RESTful APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases, big data analytics, or ML services
