Description

You will set enterprise compliance strategy, lead the compliance team, and ensure regulatory obligations are met across all jurisdictions where Akaysha operates. You'll work closely with the General Counsel and other functions to develop and monitor compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Enterprise Compliance Framework Design experience aligning to ISO 37301.
• Competition Antitrust Compliance understanding.
• Energy Market Rules Compliance deep understanding.
• Trading Compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve Akaysha’s enterprise compliance framework and strategy.
• Lead, coach and build capability within the compliance team.
• Identify, map and oversee regulatory obligations and compliance registers across all jurisdictions.
• Oversee and guide compliance with energy market rules, trading obligations, competition laws, data protection.
• Coordinate compliance with the Australian SOCI Act and equivalent regimes elsewhere.
