🎯 What You'll Do

• Support senior team members in debt placements and equity raises
• Develop pro-forma financials and cash flow models
• Conduct market research and prepare competitive analyses
• Review rent rolls, leases, and operating statements

📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years commercial real estate experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or CRE
• Superior financial modeling in Excel and Argus

• Experience with PowerPoint
