🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct deep technical discovery with strategic enterprise customers
• Design solution architecture for CI/CD, security, compliance, and AI workflows
• Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and reusable technical accelerators
• Architect self-managed and enterprise-grade deployments

📋 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting in customer-facing roles
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with ability to contribute to production systems
• Solid systems design expertise including APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD pipelines, and security models
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, YAML pipelines, runners, and GitLab APIs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ruby on Rails and/or Go
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm
• Exposure to AI/LLM systems and agentic workflows
