💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing an amazing shopping experience at BoxLunch, a pop culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help achieve sales targets while covering the sales floor and opening/closing the store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience and product knowledge to customers.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
