🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement the full credit modeling stack
• Lead ML operations and infrastructure initiatives
• Evaluate new data sources for underwriting
• Identify and execute material improvements to credit policy

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience developing and deploying ML models in production
• Degree in a technical field (CS, Math, Stats, Physics, or Engineering)
• Full-stack proficiency across data pipelines and production software
• Strong quantitative intuition and data visualization skills
