You will provide personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, following a plan of care by a registered nurse. This meaningful role allows you to support activities of daily living and help clients live their best lives at home.

Requirements

• Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Reliability to serve patients in Corry/Union City area
