You'll drive paid marketing growth in the DACH region for HelloFresh, translating global strategy into localized campaigns. You'll own performance KPIs and optimize the marketing mix. This role offers high ownership and strategic impact in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate marketing mix and identify growth opportunities across channels.
• Monitor budget pacing and reallocate spend based on performance.
• Analyze creative performance and iterate messaging for ads.
• Plan campaign execution with design and discount teams.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in growth or performance marketing.
• Deep understanding of marketing attribution and analytics.
• Budget planning and multi-channel campaign management.
• Fluency in German and English (C1).
