You'll lead and scale our Enterprise Customer Success team, driving customer satisfaction and retention for large accounts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Customer Success Managers
• Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise stakeholders
• Drive customer retention and expansion through strategic planning
• Serve as escalation point for customer issues and concerns

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years leading enterprise customer success teams
• Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts
• Experience scaling a CSM team in hyper-growth environment
• Strong CRM hygiene and customer cadence management
