🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead sourcing and supplier management for major vehicle structures
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies for Terran R
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Planning
• Manage supplier performance through risk management and negotiations
• Mentor team members on aerospace manufacturing processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
• 9+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement
• Demonstrated experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace or advanced manufacturing commodities
• Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing milestone-based agreements
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)

• MBA or advanced degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering
• Direct experience managing structural commodities in aerospace
• Familiarity with AS9100 and NADCAP standards
