Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or relevant professional experience
• 7-10 years of software and data engineering experience, including 3-5 years building ML/AI or GenAI systems
• 2 years of experience with Databricks and modern data/AI platforms
• Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, agents, RAG, MCP, and modern AI evaluation techniques
• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems for data-intensive workloads
• Track record of leading complex projects, influencing technical decisions, and mentoring engineers

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of applied AI and GenAI capabilities across products, including LLMs, agents, RAG, and AI-driven data solutions
• Design, build, and operate end-to-end ML/AI pipelines from experimentation to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Create scalable backend systems, observability, and evaluation frameworks that power GenAI across the company
• Collaborate with AI, data, platform, and product teams to deliver AI solutions that improve customer outcomes
• Influence architecture and technical direction while mentoring engineers and raising the bar for engineering excellence
• Drive innovation while balancing delivery, quality, and operational stability
