You'll lead a small embedded analytics team in a B2B SaaS ecommerce environment, driving commercial insights. You'll translate vague business questions into concrete analytical roadmaps and own the definition of key SaaS metrics. This role offers high ownership and the chance to shape how data influences decision-making across the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary interface between data function and business stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a small analytics team, conducting code reviews
• Lead definition and monitoring of key SaaS KPIs
• Champion data governance and maintain Single Source of Truth

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in Data Analytics/BI/Product Analytics
• Advanced SQL and experience with Python/R
• Deep commercial acumen and SaaS metrics expertise
• Expert in modern BI tools like Looker/Tableau/PowerBI

• Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake/BigQuery + dbt)
• Experience with A/B testing or causal inference
• Rigorous approach to experimental design
