You'll help create the best experience for music and pop culture fans by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring they get the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock products, and help merchandise the store.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage return customers.
• Cover the sales floor and ensure visual standards are met.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Support stock room organization and store tidiness.

📋 Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to navigate the store and merchandise product
• Ability to pack and unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
