🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve basic support tickets and service requests
• Provide end-user hardware, software, and access support
• Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations
• Assist with setup and repair of computer equipment
• Support MDM and enterprise applications under supervision

📋 Requirements

• Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience
• Strong interest in IT support and operations
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace environment
• Ability to troubleshoot common technical problems
