Description

As an Operations Associate, you'll drive profitability and efficiency by managing inventory processes, supporting shipment and replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. You'll work closely with the store team to ensure optimal operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues with General/Store Manager
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, and sales floor recovery
• Maintain visual standards for the sales floor
• Support safe and efficient stockroom operations
