💼 About This Role

You'll provide home health visits to seniors, working 1:1 with patients in Wyomissing and surrounding areas. You'll develop and implement individualized care plans, perform diagnostic tests, and educate clients and families to promote independence. This role offers a flexible schedule and a $5k sign-on bonus.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements.

📋 Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
