• Identify and automate manual operational processes across deployments
• Build and maintain operational dashboards and reporting systems
• Improve internal tooling and workflow architecture
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and drive automation opportunities

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in Automation Engineering or similar technical operations role
• Strong technical and operational problem-solving skills
• Experience building automations, dashboards, and internal tooling
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Retool, Zapier, Make, or Airtable
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS operations
• Familiarity with API integrations and workflow orchestration
