💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end design experience across our Marketplace product, shaping how families search, compare, and find care for a loved one. You'll partner with your PM and Engineering lead as a genuine co-creator, shaping problem definition from the start. This role offers high ownership and a path to lead level in a high-stakes, emotionally complex domain.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design quality of Marketplace search, results, listings, comparison, and enquiry flows
• Partner with PM from problem inception to shape briefs and challenge assumptions
• Work across accessibility, trust signals, and information hierarchy in a high-stakes domain
• Contribute scalable patterns and components to the design system

📋 Requirements

• 4-6+ years of product design experience, ideally marketplace or B2C
• Experience using AI tooling to prototype and iterate faster
• Strong product thinking skills — engage with problems before reaching for solutions
• Portfolio demonstrating craft rigour and systemic thinking

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace or platform products
• Familiarity with the care sector or similar emotionally complex domains
• Track record of advancing toward a lead design role
