💼 About This Role

You'll lead MSP channel strategy and growth across the APJ region at Sophos, a global cybersecurity leader. You'll drive partner acquisition and enablement for scaling our MSP ecosystem beyond ANZ into new markets. This role offers strategic impact reporting to the Global VP of MSP.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional MSP strategy to grow revenue across APJ
• Recruit and onboard high-potential MSP partners in target countries
• Lead and coach a team of four MSP channel managers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen MSP value proposition

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in an MSP leadership role within a technology vendor
• Proven success scaling MSP programs in APJ markets
• Experience recruiting mid-sized to large MSP partners
• Ability to articulate cybersecurity fundamentals (MDR, Endpoint, XDR)
