You'll support students with their college exploration and application process within DREAM's comprehensive post-secondary success programs. You'll implement college success seminar curriculum and provide one-on-one counseling to help students achieve their goals. This role is an opportunity to work in a progressive, restorative environment committed to serving the whole child.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and facilitate junior and senior year college success seminar curriculum
• Provide one-on-one college and postsecondary counseling
• Develop and lead information sessions for students, families, and staff
• Oversee coordination of college representative and campus visits

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, required
• At least three years of work experience in college counseling
• Demonstrable understanding of college recruitment and selection process
