Description

You will lead go-to-market efforts for a fast-growing behavioral health startup, managing a state-wide or multi-state region. Your role involves driving business development, building referral relationships, and supporting the team to ensure youth access life-saving virtual care.

Requirements

• Based in Tucson, AZ
• 6-10+ years of business development experience, including 2-3+ years in sales leadership
• Experience in healthcare is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred), scheduling, and video conferencing technologies
• Demonstrated track record of top-tier performance in development, maintenance, and growth of customer accounts in B2B/outreach setting

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Outreach Directors and Managers in a specific region, ensuring regional performance goals are met or exceeded
• Measure and own KPIs across your region, reporting upwards on a monthly basis
• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs, address barriers, and cement community partnerships
