You'll drive AI-first recruiting to increase talent density by hiring exceptional talent across Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, and G&A. You'll own complex searches from IC to Director level, using AI tools and data insights to shape hiring strategy and improve efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage complex searches from IC to Director level across multiple functions
• Drive rigorous evaluation processes focused on capability and impact
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and decision-making
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly hiring goals

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS or AI
• Experience hiring across both GTM and R&D organizations
• Proven success managing complex searches in fast-changing environments
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve recruiting outcomes
