💼 About This Role

You'll oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of a large-scale airport construction project in Tashkent, ensuring robust contract administration and compliance with FIDIC and PPP frameworks. You'll act as the primary interface among the SPV, EPC contractors, and government stakeholders, safeguarding the company's rights while managing claims, variations, and dispute resolution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer and monitor SPV obligations under various project agreements.
• Review and respond to claims, variation requests, and extension of time submissions.
• Prepare formal correspondence to protect SPV's position in contractual matters.
• Coordinate with project management, finance, and legal teams on contractual issues.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in contract management.
• At least 5 years in large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
• Proven experience with FIDIC contracts.
• Experience with PPP delivery models.

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional certification such as MRICS, CIArb, or PMP.
• Fluency in Uzbek and/or Russian.
