Description

As a Customer Success Manager at MongoDB, you will act as a strategic advisor to your customers, helping them optimize their use of MongoDB products and driving their success. You'll work autonomously to manage a portfolio of accounts, mitigate risks, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with sales, professional services, and product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Customer Success, TAM, Professional Services or similar customer-centric role for a technical product
  • 4+ years accountable for customer health and revenue for Global 2000 accounts
  • Background in advocating for customers within a vendor organization
  • Aptitude and curiosity for learning technical concepts (MongoDB, databases)
  • Bilingual English and German

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
  • Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks for complex accounts
  • Facilitate resolution of high-stakes customer challenges and identify expansion opportunities
  • Lead in-person executive business reviews with C-suite executives
  • Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
