You will drive store sales and profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the Sales and Visual Manager. You will manage operational functions like shipping, receiving, and floor replenishment, execute visual direction, and coach team members to achieve optimal results.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer-centric sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational functions: shipping, receiving, transfers, floor recovery, restocking, and visual updates.
• Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising per company guidelines.
• Plan visual changes with management team, managing payroll and adapting visual support.
• Execute visual direction from planning to execution within budget and timelines.
• Use reporting tools to identify business opportunities in product placement and inventory levels.
