You will serve as the primary technical authority for high-stakes federal engagements, bridging the gap between mission goals and high-performance codebases. You'll design scalable cloud-native architectures, champion security-by-design, and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on with complex technical challenges.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in full-stack software engineering
  • 5+ years in Chief, Principal, or Lead Architect capacity
  • Expertise in modern languages (Python, Go, Javascript)
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical executives
  • Experience with federal security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, DoD Impact Levels)
  • Advanced proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience deploying Agentic AI or LLM frameworks into production
