Description

You will oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of legal contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will manage contract lifecycles, provide guidance on contractual obligations and risk mitigation, and lead a team of contract specialists while reporting to the Legal Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business or related field
• 8+ years contract management experience
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in international environment with global stakeholders
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese

• Draft, review and negotiate business contracts
• Ensure contract documentation compliance and accuracy
• Create internal frameworks for contract lifecycle management
• Advise on contract-related risks and mitigation strategies
• Facilitate inquiries on contractual terms and obligations
