Description

You will own strategy on 3-5 accounts or $20k MRR minimum, leading paid advertising strategy and managing client relationships. You'll contribute to the development of junior talent, push the department offering forward through strategic iteration, and employ AI technologies to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in paid digital advertising (paid social preferred)
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms (TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting metrics

Responsibilities

• Spearhead strategic conversations with clients and own the paid social client relationship
• Tactfully direct account teams and maintain a positive environment
• Contribute to development of junior talent through mentorship
