You'll lead on-site cobot deployments for diverse industries, ensuring seamless rollouts and customer success. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues in real time, turning first implementations into long-term partnerships. This role combines technical expertise with customer relationship-building in a dynamic startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver deployment support and elevate customer experience.
• Lead onsite hardware and software testing for cobot performance.
• Troubleshoot, document, and resolve system and user issues.
• Perform parts replacements and robot retrofits.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
• Customer-first mindset with relationship-building success
• Proficiency in Linux, Python, and Git or equivalent tools
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical debugging experience

✨ Nice to Have

• ROS or similar robotic operating system experience
• Basic networking skills (WiFi, VPN)
• JIRA configuration experience
