Description
As an Account Executive at Brex, you'll drive net-new revenue in the UpMarket segment by hunting for new clients and managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to close. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and position Brex's financial operating system as a solution.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience in net-new logo acquisition
- 1+ year of SDR/BDR experience
- Ability to communicate business outcomes over product features
- Experience with MEDDICC/MEDPICC sales methodology
- Proven success in entrepreneurial or scrappy environments
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, demo, and closing
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline across multiple channels
- Articulate value proposition and solve customer pain points as a trusted advisor
- Follow structured sales processes with tools like MEDDICC and Mutual Action Plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution
