You'll lead Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve key operational KPIs in a high-volume production environment. Your insights will drive data-driven decisions on the shop floor, directly impacting error rates and efficiency. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on operational work and analytical problem-solving.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Yellow and Green Belt projects to improve KPIs
• Identify and implement sustainable process improvements
• Drive change initiatives for new processes and technologies
• Analyze operational data using Excel, SQL, Tableau
• Develop low-code applications with PowerApps or AppSheet

📋 Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations
• 3-5 years in manufacturing or high-volume fulfillment
• Proven experience in Lean Methodology and improvement projects
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Grafana, or SQL
• Fluent in German and English (at least B2 in one)
