💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end production of a vertical short drama series using our in-house AI tools. You'll direct, edit, and finish each episode while collaborating with a world-class team of AI creators. This full-time freelance role offers fully remote work and a chance to shape the future of AI companionship.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own 1–2 series at a time (10–15 episodes per series, ~1 min each).
• Work with in-house AI copilot for character consistency and casting.
• Direct, edit, and finish each episode independently.
• Collaborate with AI creators, tech team, and exec team.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years directing or showrunning short-form narrative video.
• Strong scripting instincts for hooks and cliffhangers.
• Experience with AI generation tools like Runway, Sora, or Kling.
• Experience with vertical drama platforms.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI video tools beyond basic use.
• Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
• Knowledge of 9:16 aspect ratio production.
