💼 About This Role

You'll assist with the site build and load out for festivals at Jacobs Pavilion, including signage install, fencing, and supply distribution. You'll help keep the grounds safe and clean throughout the event by doing detailed site walks and fixing issues. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced live event environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with site build, load out, and breakdown of assets.
• Keep grounds safe and clean through detailed site walks.
• Monitor, track, and fill vehicles and machinery with fuel.
• Assist with power needs, debris collection, and water distribution.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• 0-2 years experience in festivals or event production
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
