🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a small product team of 3-5 engineers
• Participate in product development 70% of the time
• Provide continuous feedback and coach team members
• Design and operationalize agentic workflows end-to-end

📋 Requirements

• Managed an engineering team of at least 2 people
• Extensive experience with React or Elixir/Phoenix
• Track record of shipping production systems that are secure, reliable, and scalable
• Practical experience designing or adopting agentic/automation workflows
