🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers.
• Own sprint planning, delivery accountability, and quarterly goals.
• Architect and optimize distributed backend systems on AWS.
• Champion Agentic AI adoption across the development lifecycle.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years in engineering management or technical leadership
• Proficiency in Go, Python, Django, JavaScript, React, and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with AWS, multiple databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB), and CI/CD

• Experience implementing design patterns and code quality standards.
• Exposure to advanced data pipeline technologies and AI-powered search workflows.
• Knowledge of web servers and distributed system architectures at scale.
