Description

You will manage customer due diligence and security questionnaires, coordinating responses across internal teams to support sales and renewals. This role focuses on process management and service delivery, not security expertise.

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and operational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience in customer-facing operational role (Sales Support, Operations, Customer Success, or similar)
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as SFSC or Zendesk

Responsibilities

  • Manage intake, coordination, and completion of customer due diligence and security questionnaires
  • Complete questionnaires using approved documentation, escalating to SMEs for technical clarifications
  • Act as service partner to Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams
  • Communicate with customers for clarification and ensure professional experience
  • Maintain central repository of security, compliance, and product documentation
