You'll act as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value customers, driving retention and expansion on Spreedly's open payments platform. You'll own complex accounts and build multi-threaded relationships that uncover value and strengthen commitment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own a book of $3M+ ARR high-value customer accounts
  • Lead account planning and quarterly business reviews
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations
  • Forecast retention, expansion, and portfolio risk

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management or B2B SaaS Sales
  • Experience with consumption-based or API-first SaaS models
  • Track record managing $3M+ ARR with high retention
  • Operational discipline with Salesforce, Clari, and planning tools

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Background in payments, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS
  • Experience in startup-to-growth SaaS scaling ($20Mโ€“$100M ARR)
  • Experience navigating evolving product offerings and pricing models
