You'll act as a strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value customers, driving retention and expansion on Spreedly's open payments platform. You'll own complex accounts and build multi-threaded relationships that uncover value and strengthen commitment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a book of $3M+ ARR high-value customer accounts
- Lead account planning and quarterly business reviews
- Build multi-threaded relationships across customer organizations
- Forecast retention, expansion, and portfolio risk
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in Account Management or B2B SaaS Sales
- Experience with consumption-based or API-first SaaS models
- Track record managing $3M+ ARR with high retention
- Operational discipline with Salesforce, Clari, and planning tools
โจ Nice to Have
- Background in payments, fintech, or infrastructure SaaS
- Experience in startup-to-growth SaaS scaling ($20Mโ$100M ARR)
- Experience navigating evolving product offerings and pricing models
