Description

You will oversee all aspects of vehicle reconditioning in our Inspection Center, leading a team of up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Your role involves mentoring, ensuring quality and production goals, and fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5 years management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Proven ability to achieve project deliverables and metrics
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Inspection Center operations
• Mentor direct reports and plan succession through coaching and performance management
• Develop strategic plans aligned with company goals
• Ensure adherence to operating standards and safety guidelines
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning
