🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise AOD counseling and peer navigator staff
• Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching
• Monitor participant orientation and intake processes
• Track progress of relapse prevention and action plans

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certified as an AOD Counselor by DHCS
• 2 years experience as a certified AOD counselor
• Knowledge of ISUDTP contractual requirements
