💼 About This Role

You'll own user acquisition end-to-end, leading growth experiments and uncovering new channels to attract traders. You'll build the growth function from scratch, running campaigns across SEO, paid social, influencer programs, and lifecycle marketing to drive signups and funded accounts. This zero-to-one role offers high ownership and impact in a well-funded crypto startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own net new user acquisition: traffic, signups, funded accounts, first trades.
• Identify, test, and scale acquisition channels.
• Build influencer and creator strategy for trader-focused content.
• Stand up SEO motion: keyword strategy, programmatic pages, link-building.
• Own lifecycle and email journeys from waitlist to retention.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in growth/performance marketing, ideally in crypto, consumer fintech, or trading.
• Zero-to-one operator: built a growth function from nothing and moved numbers.
• High agency with full ownership and self-direction.
• Quantitative: comfortable in GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel and attribution tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience growing a product in regulated environments (iGaming, crypto, CFDs).
• Affiliate or Introducing Broker (IB) program experience.
• Hands-on with attribution and AI tooling for marketing.
