Description

You will own portions of the manufacturing value chain for defense hardware, develop tooling and process flows, write documentation for scale production, and work hands-on with technicians to build prototypes. Your work directly supports the rapid iteration and production of cutting-edge autonomous systems.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, math, or hard science
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver hardware in resource-constrained environments
• Personal experience physically manufacturing hardware (machining, soldering, etc.)
• U.S. Person status required

Responsibilities

• Own a portion of the manufacturing value chain for a product or set of products
• Develop novel tooling for fabrication and assembly of structural parts
• Create process flows breaking down complex assemblies into subassemblies
• Write work instructions, quality plans, and inspection requirements
• Work with contract manufacturers to develop repeatable processes
