Requirements

• 3+ years of auto body repair experience for Tech roles
• 5+ years for Heavy Body Technician or Experienced Painter
• Proficiency in water-based paint systems for Painter roles
• Experience with color matching and mixing
• Ability to work mandatory overtime when needed

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy plastic welding and stapling
• Conduct metal pulling, straightening, shrinking, and stud welding
• Repair roof rocker panels
• Complete large-area bodywork using filler/Bondo
• Train and mentor other technicians
