You'll serve as a technical authority and trusted advisor for Elastic's ASEAN enterprise accounts. You'll drive technical wins by understanding customer goals and articulating how the Elastic Stack addresses their needs. This role offers the chance to shape regional strategy and influence product direction.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as technical point of contact for accounts and account managers.
• Develop deep understanding of customer goals and align solutions.
• Participate in all phases of territory planning and execution.
• Advise sales team on positioning Elastic products and services.

📋 Requirements

• Track record of success in a technical presales role.
• Ability to articulate benefits of modern platforms and software.
• Proven history of customer relations and devising architectures.
• Fluent Thai and English communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, etc.).
• Knowledge of search, security, or observability domains.
• Experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts.
